• Stay dates (arrival and departure)

• Estimated price of the stay

4. Retention Period

• Booking data (name, contact, dates, price) is retained for 3 years from the date of stay for dispute resolution and accounting purposes.
• Marketing data is processed until consent is withdrawn, after which it is removed from our mailing list.

Under GDPR you have the following rights:

• Right of access — request an overview of the data we hold about you at any time.
• Right to rectification — if your data is inaccurate, you may request correction.
• Right to erasure — under certain conditions you may request deletion of your data.
• Right to withdraw consent — marketing consent may be withdrawn at any time by e-mail.
